Invitation to participate in a survey being conducted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), an international organisation and policy forum dedicated to promoting better policies for better lives, and the global standard setter in the field of corporate governance.
The survey supports the OECD’s current review of the role and use of artificial intelligence (AI) and its implications for corporate governance. The survey is also being distributed directly by the OECD to a large global sample of listed companies using a global company database. If your company has already completed the survey following a direct email from the OECD, there is no need to respond again.
The survey seeks to better understand how corporate governance practices are evolving in response to the increasing use of AI and to inform future policy discussions. It will also contribute to the effective implementation of the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, which provide internationally recognised guidance to strengthen corporate governance frameworks and practices.
The questionnaire consists of approximately 20 short multiple-choice questions and is designed to be quick to complete.
Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and will be crucial for the future development of this project. The aggregate results of the survey will be used to prepare a report summarising key findings. This report will be shared with the OECD Corporate Governance Committee and will support policy discussions on how corporate governance frameworks can respond to the growing use of AI.
