Annual General Meeting of The CGIC
We are pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (the “Corporation”) will be held via zoom video conference on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at 6:00 pm ET.

- Minutes of the combined 2020 Annual General Meetings
- Report of the Board to Members
- Auditor’s Report and Financial Statements of the Corporation for the year ended December 31, 2020

In addition to the appointment of members of the CFC and the election of directors of the Corporation, a report will be given on key activities and developments, both within the Canadian Division and internationally.

6:00 pm: CGIC Award Presentations
6:15 pm: CGIC AGM
6:45 pm: End
