Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (The Institute) will be held virtually at 5:00 pm ET on Monday, June 13, 2022. to transact the following business:

1. To receive the financial statements and the auditor’s report thereon for the year ended December 31, 2021.
2. To appoint the auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2022.
3. To record the appointment of the Members of the CFC.
4. To elect the Board of Directors of the Corporation.

Members are entitled to vote by proxy. A completed and signed proxy form can be forwarded to the National Office until 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, June 6, 2022.
