Notice of Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada in Alberta

TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the Alberta Branch will be held in virtual format, on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time to conduct the following business:

1. To receive the Report of the Chairman;
2. To receive the financial statements and the auditors’ report thereon;
3. To elect the Directors of the Branch for a two-year term;
4. To appoint the Auditor for the year until the next Annual General Meeting;

Members are entitled to vote by proxy. A completed and signed form can be forwarded to jbradford@chevron.com by 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 2023.
