The China Division/HKICS will hold its 12th biennial Corporate Governance Conference (CGC) in an online mode on Friday 25 September 2020 to be followed by an online ‘site visit’ cum panel discussion on Saturday 26 September 2020.

Chaired by Peter Greenwood, the theme of the Conference is ‘Building the Modern Board: A 20/20 Vision’. We are honoured to have The Honourable Christopher Hui Ching-yu JP, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, The HKSAR Government, as the Guest of Honour.  We are also proud to have invited Professor Mervyn King as a speaker in the afternoon session, as well as other outstanding local and international speakers and panelists. They will share their experience, expertise and insights on how to build a board which delivers excellence in governance, meets the needs of stakeholders, maximizes its effectiveness, manages risk and embraces new technology.
