As the pace and volume of change in the environment affecting organizations in all sectors increases, corporate secretaries and governance professionals must seek to understand what is happening and play their part in determining the organization’s response. All organizations are faced with the challenge of strategic direction either to grasp new opportunities or to overcome significant problems. This module aims to provide the elements, processes, and techniques involved in the development and implementation of organizational strategy.
Prerequisite, please read chapters 13 to 15 by October 30th.

Not signed up yet? CGIC is permitting Candidates to register for the November 2020 exams without having to renew their memberships. Your membership fee will have to be paid by October 2020 in order to sit the exam.
