Virtual Board & Committee Meetings: From Ad Hoc to Strategic

Delivered by Janis Riven and Dora Koop

Since March of 2020, every organization has had to feel its way into holding their board and committee meetings in the virtual world. This webinar will explore what we have learned by moving from ‘copin’ to encouraging effective meetings and decision making in the ether. Key in this process is building trust among board members – a challenge in this virtual world.

The pros and cons of various technologies will be discussed as well the challenges and opportunities for creating more effective formal as well as informal board engagement. Participants will be encouraged to share their success stories.
