Chairperson, Canadian Race Relations Foundation (CRRF) Board of Directors
The Chairperson leads the Board of Directors and plays a central role in shaping the Foundation’s strategic direction, governance, and public voice. This is a part-time Governor in Council appointment and bilingualism is preferred. We are looking for individuals with:
- experience in governance or leadership at a senior level.
- knowledge of systemic racism, race relations, equity, or human rights in Canada.
- strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- a demonstrated commitment to inclusion, integrity, and public service.
- the ability to work effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders.
Experience working with racialized or Indigenous communities, or in public policy, research, or social justice initiatives, would also be considered an asset.
