To our valued Ontario members:

The OBC Executive Council has been active with a number of administrative matters, during the transition from our previous management company, AMCES.

Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, the OBC Professional Development Luncheon Program scheduled for May, 2020, has been re-scheduled until further notice. This program was to be offered with counsel from TMX,- Toronto Stock Exchange combined with a Progress Update from our CGI International Representative, Jean Jeannot, regarding the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada's Sustainability Plan.

OBC will be working with the Institute's new management team on alternative program deliveries to Ontario members in 2020.

We thank the membership for their patience during the management transition period, and the COVID-19 global pandemic.
