Call for Expressions of Interest: Join the ARP Subcommittee and Support Excellence in IQP Exam Oversight
The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (CGIC) is inviting expressions of interest from members who are passionate about advancing governance education and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in our International Qualifying Program (IQP).
We are expanding our Assessment Review Panel (ARP) Subcommittee, a volunteer body responsible for ensuring the integrity, quality, and consistency of IQP exam marking and evaluation. The subcommittee plays a critical oversight role in the academic governance of CGIC’s credentialing process.

Who Should Apply?
We welcome expressions of interest from CGIC members who bring:
✅ Subject matter expertise in one or more IQP topic areas, including but not limited to:
- Corporate Governance
- Corporate Law
- Corporate Compliance and Administration
- Strategic and Financial Management
- Risk Management
- Boardroom Dynamics and Leadership
✅ Experience in:
- Academic or professional exam marking and moderation
- Curriculum development or quality assurance
- Professional training and assessment
This is a volunteer position, but one that is essential to CGIC’s mission of advancing governance excellence across Canada and globally.
