CFPA to Dissolve

The Canadian Foundation for Professional Administration (CFPA) in recent years has not been active in its stated purpose and has experienced a continued reduction in revenues to the point that operating expenses are expected to exceed revenues.

As a result, the members of the CFPA unanimously approved a resolution for the dissolution of the Corporation at the Annual General Meeting held on May 6th, 2020.

The Board of Directors is now working on an orderly dissolution of the Corporation, in accordance with its Bylaws and the Canada Not for Profit Corporations Act. The Corporation’s surplus funds, if any, will be distributed in accordance with the Bylaws and the Act.
