These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website (the “Site”) operated by The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (“the Association”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Canadian not‑for‑profit professional association providing governance education, credentialing pathways, and related member services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Scope of Use

The Site is intended for individuals seeking information about governance education, professional development, membership, and related services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.
