These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website (the “Site”) operated by The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (“the Association”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Canadian not‑for‑profit professional association providing governance education, credentialing pathways, and related member services.
