Digital Credentials

Your Path to Recognized Excellence in Governance

CGIC is proud to support your career journey and encourages you to showcase your governance expertise and achievements by sharing your digital credentials with confidence.

What is a Digital Credential?

A digital credential is a modern, verified way to showcase your skills and accomplishments. It’s more than an image – it is a dynamic, shareable representation of your achievements.

Your digital credential is certified by The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and includes a digital badge and, where applicable, a digital certificate.

Why Share Your Digital Credential?

Your digital credential verifies the qualification you’ve earned and outlines the education and training completed to achieve it.

Sharing your digital credentials helps strengthen your professional profile. They provide employers and peers with clear, credible evidence of your skills as a trained governance professional, corporate secretary, Board Director, or professional administrator.

Showcasing your credentials not only highlights your personal achievements – it also strengthens the CGIC community. By sharing your success, you inspire others and contribute to the collective recognition of our members’ expertise.
