Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada – Quebec Branch
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General and Special Meeting of the members of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada – Quebec Branch (the “Institute”) will be held via Teams virtual meeting, due to the current confinement obligations in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2020 at 5:15 p.m., to conduct the following business:
- To receive the financial statements of the Institute for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the accountant’s report thereon.
- To appoint the accountant for the ensuing year.
- To elect members of the Branch Council.
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
