NOTICE OANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the members of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada – Quebec Branch (the “Institute”) will be held via Teams virtual meeting, due to the current confinement obligations in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 at 5:15 p.m., to conduct the following business:

  1. To receive the financial statements of the Institute for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the accountant’s report thereon.
  2. To appoint the accountant for the ensuing year.
  3. To elect members of the Branch Council.
  4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

Members are entitled to vote by proxy attached hereto. Completed proxies should be forwarded by email to shulistj@gmail.com by 4:00 p.m. on June 6, 2022.
