Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada – Alberta Branch

TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the Alberta Branch will be held at The Bow Valley Athletic Club, 250 6th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, T2P 3H7 on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time to conduct the following business:

  1. To receive the Report of the Chairman;
  2. To receive the financial statements and the auditors’ report thereon;
  3. To elect the Directors of the Branch for a two-year term;
  4. To appoint the Auditor for the year until the next Annual General Meeting;
