She has over 30 years of corporate and business strategy experience, from the West Coast to the East Coast, to help organizations realize their potential and increase asset valuation.

Her doctoral research, through Royal Roads University, focuses on family physician burnout and why their healthcare organizations need to address this from the board level through their governance and sustainability strategy.
