Notice of Reconvened Annual General and Special Meeting

We are pleased to inform you that the adjourned Annual General and Special Meeting of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (the “Corporation”) (which was convened on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 6:00 pm Eastern whereat the consideration of the under noted items of the Corporation was adjourned sine die) will be held via zoom video conference on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 5 pm Eastern to conduct the following business:

1. To approve the Special Resolution of the members to adopt the changes to the CGIC Bylaws.
2. To record the appointment of the Members of the Committee For Canada.
3. To elect the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
