We are pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada will be held via zoom video conference on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 5:00 pm Eastern to conduct the following business:

1. To receive the financial statements and the auditor’s report thereon for the year ended December 31, 2025.
2. To appoint the auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
3. To record the appointment of the Members of the CFC.
4. To elect the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
