Marc Y. Tassé is a globally recognized authority on governance, ethics, and strategic leadership. Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA, FCA) and Fellow Chartered Governance Professional (FCG)—Mr. Tassé exemplifies unwavering fiduciary duty and a deep commitment to organizational integrity. In addition, he has earned advanced executive credentials from several leading international academic institutions and professional associations.

His public-sector leadership is reflected through his role as Chair of the Governance, Ethics & Nominating Committee at Reporting and Assurance Standards Canada, his position on the Governing Council of the Standards Council of Canada, and his current appointment to Ontario’s Education Sector Audit Committee. He has also served as an external member of both the Advisory Committee to the Office of the Auditor General of Canada and the Departmental Audit Committee of Public Safety Canada.

At the highest levels of national and international policymaking, Mr. Tassé has provided expert testimony before Canada’s House of Commons and Senate committees on finance, ethics, and transparency. During his tenure in public-sector advisory roles, he held Level II (Secret) and Level III (Top Secret) security clearances and served as a strategic advisor to Export Development Canada and Public Services and Procurement Canada on client’s enhanced due diligence and procurement integrity. He has also contributed to the global evaluation of the IMF’s AML/CFT framework and advised the G20 Anti-Corruption Ministerial Working Group.
