Asif Jasat is a distinguished authority in corporate governance, strategy, business transformation, digital modernization, and change leadership, bringing over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning the energy, utilities, manufacturing, and regulatory landscapes across Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America.

He is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Jasat Business & Tech Advisory, a consultancy specializing in governance, strategy, sustainability, and organizational transformation. Asif currently serves as Chairman of the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) in Grenada, where he provides strategic oversight on regulatory policy, sector governance, and modernization initiatives. He is also an Adjunct Professor at St. George’s University, lecturing in the MBA and Diploma Programs on strategy, leadership, governance, and project management.

A sought-after thought leader and keynote speaker, Asif has shared insights at premier global forums including the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (CGIC), Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute (CCGI), Project Management Institute of India, Caribbean Sustainable Energy Conference, and the Grenada Directors Association (GDA).
