Logan Atkinson, B.A., LL.B., M.Phil. M.A., LL.D., FCG, Acc.Dir., CMP

Logan Atkinson practiced corporate and commercial law for many years and was a corporate secretary at three large, diverse organizations – Carleton University, the University of Waterloo, and the Real Estate Council of Ontario. At UW and RECO, he was also general counsel. He has extensive experience in enterprise risk, change management, and strategic planning.  At both the University of Waterloo and the Real Estate Council of Ontario, he developed and implemented the organization’s first enterprise risk management program, and at the Real Estate Council of Ontario he had responsibility for the full strategic and business planning spectrum.

Logan has been a member of the bar for forty years and was an Associate Professor of Law & Legal Studies at Carleton University. He is currently a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of Newfoundland & Labrador, and the Law Society of New Brunswick.
